Cabins are available on a single occupancy basis at a premium of 50% above the share rate.

Inclusions and Exclusions

Included: Hotel or Airport transfers (within 3 days of the trip), onboard accommodations, meals, snacks, unlimited diving, weights, belt, tanks and air-fills.

Not included: Bar drinks, Nitrox, personal purchases, rental dive equipment and gratuities.

As shown on the rates table there is a USD $25 per person a night tax payable before the trip. There are no extra taxes or surcharges to pay onboard.

Onboard Expenses

Nitrox is available to Nitrox certified divers at an extra cost of USD$20.00 per diving day, which is normally one day less than the charter. This can be paid at the end of the trip along with any other incidental charges.

Nitrox, rental equipment, bar drinks, t-shirts and tips can all be paid for onboard. We accept all major currencies, Solomon dollars and credit cards (Mastercard and Visa). There is no fee for using credit cards but they are processed in Solomon Dollars. Please note that in the Solomons generally MasterCard is often not accepted.

There is also a currency exchange onboard which is cash only. There is not much need for Solomon Dollars onboard other than to buy the local carvings during the village visits.

Booking and Payment Procedures

Payments: A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking and no booking will be confirmed until receipt of the deposit. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure. Bookings may be canceled if final payment is not received at that time.

Payments may be made by online bank transfer, cheque, money order or bank draft in US dollars. Visa and MasterCard are accepted and will be processed through our Australian or Solomon Islands bank at the exchange rate in effect on the day of the transaction. The customer is wholly responsible for any differential caused by the exchange rates or bank surcharges.

Cancellations: For individual bookings 20% of the trip cost is forfeited if the cancellation is received prior to 90 days before the departure date. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 90 days before the departure date.

Insurance: Bilikiki Cruises Ltd. requires that all persons travelling carry Divers Alert Network evacuation insurance (or equivalent), and strongly recommends that customers purchase comprehensive accident, medical, baggage and trip cancellation insurance. Bilikiki Cruises Ltd does not offer such insurance and any compensation for trip cancellation or reduction, for any reason, must be claimed against the customers insurance carrier.

DAN is the most common provider and for most people the best. It is necessary to sign up for the DAN branch for your region. There is DAN Asia/Pacific, DAN Europe and DAN for the Americas

Passports must be valid for 6 months from the date of departure from the Solomon Islands.
No bookings for children under 12 years of age will be accepted.
