May 28-June 7, 2019 Trip Report
Bilikiki has returned to Honiara after another 10 days of diving the beautiful Solomon Islands, this time with 19 international guests. Our divers and snorkelers were impressed by the diversity of the dive sites and the marine life, we had everything from sharks and rays to pygmy seahorses - something for everyone!
We were surrounded by a huge school of chevron barracudas at Mary Island, saw plenty of sharks on numerous sites, admired cuttlefish and nudibranchs and were impressed by the stunning cuts and hard coral gardens. We were very thrilled to even find a pink leaf scorpion fish and a tiny ribbon eel! The visits to the wood carvers in Marovo were yet another highlight, as was the village visit to Karumolun with the great performance of the local villagers, it left a big smile on everyones' faces.
It was a great trip and we would like to thank all of our guests for joining us - see you again soon! And last, but definitely not least, a big thank you to all the Bilikiki crew for all their hard work!
